INNOVATION

A MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE ABRASIVE GRAIN

VSM Actirox is the new generation of abrasives. It is characterised by its very high material removal capacity. Thanks to the ceramic grain geometry, it offers an extremely aggressive and fast cut, which guarantees maximum stock removal.

It is particularly suitable for deburring and chamfering of alloy steels, stainless steels and carbon steels. When used together with our VSM TURBO PAD 3 backing pad, the increase in productivity is extremely high.

Actirox significantly increases productivity

Maximum material removal per unit of time thanks to geometrically shaped ceramic grains.

Sanding belts

High performance abrasive belts, portable, file, narrow, wide, and segmented belts in both conventional and non-woven abrasives. High performance abrasive grits and joint systems make our belts ideal for both grinding and deburring, and material removal applications as well as finishing and sanding operations on many surfaces.

File belts

File belts are designed to work in the most demanding and intricate shapes, profiles and materials. Narrow strips

Narrow belts are available in different dimensions and grits for all types of machines, intermediate grinding and polishing and metal or wood applications. The most common applications where narrow belts are used include heavy material removal, grinding and deburring of all metals, matting, sizing, sanding and polishing.

Wide belts

Segmented belts

Unitized Discs

Unitized discs are made of compressed, bonded layers of non-woven abrasive. Their uniform construction maintains the tolerance of the part without damaging it and since they are non-metallic do not contaminate the material which they are working on.

Their high-performance grit provides fast and aggressive material removal, reduced cycle times with improved workpiece surface quality, and a much longer life than conventional discs.

Recommended use for light weld bead and projection removal, removal of surface scratches, light deburring, smoothing work with a uniform finish without staining, decorative finishes on all types of steel, aluminium, stainless steel, etc.

Strip-It Discs

STRIP-IT discs are made of strong, coarse synthetic fibres coated with extra-coarse abrasive grain and are designed with an open structure construction. They strip and clean quickly without clogging.

Thanks to their state-of-the-art ceramic grit, they last twice as long as conventional discs, with unrivalled speed and cutting power.

Recommended for use on all types of metals to remove residues, surface rust, corrosion, dirt, mill scale and other similar surface contaminants, as well as to remove varnish from wood, metals and plastics.
