These skates are made of a very heat-resistant plastic with special laminated filler materials. They are much lighter than conventional skates, which makes them easier to handle. In addition, the slotted base produces a cooling effect that reduces and dissipates the temperature generated by friction in the workpiece. Unlike conventional slides manufactured with MDF support and thanks to its synthetic base, they do not suffer variations in their size caused by changes in temperature and humidity, which always guarantees a perfect fit in the slide holder, thus eliminating the problems of play, vibrations and difference in measurement tolerances that occur in conventional slides.

Available in four different hardnesses (extra hard, hard, semi-hard and soft), it adapts to all systems. Length up to 3500 mm.

Our LAMELLA belts are manufactured to the highest quality with a highly tear-resistant support and splice, and serve as a support for the sanding belts.

Our sanding pads are made from the highest quality materials and serve as a base for both cross and longitudinal sanding on broadband sanders.

On demand we can supply different types of graffiti and felts of the highest quality in different formats and sizes, with the possibility of adhering a self-adhesive base, always adapting to the needs of our customers.

In most cases, it is possible for various types of sanding machines that are no longer being built, to produce pressure parts according to drawings or samples. In some cases, it is also recommended that new machines replace slide liners or pressure parts of unfavourable design with our special version.
